I would love to win a nutri bullet, I could make so many healthy raw shakes and juices.

Hi! I see the contest has ended, but I figure you would like as much input as possible! My biggest challenge to eating raw is being able to process food! I have a food processor and a juicer, but something in between would be great for making sauce-type foods.

Best of luck to the winner. :)

Hardest part of going raw is trying to get everyone around you to go raw also! When you start a raw diet it’s lots of researching on-line and with people, so you really find out whats in “food”. Watching your love ones eat GMO processed unhealthy foods, it’s very hard. So i know the contest is over but thought it was a good topic :) and congrats to the winner !

Agreed – I thought you may like more feedback! – My biggest challenge is cheese and yoghurt! Mostly yoghurt as there is nothing to replace it that has no dairy that also tastes as nice! I am not trying to be a vegan or 100% raw and for my sins I still eat non vegetarian things occasionally but cutting back on wheat and dairy means getting more creative and some dairy is hard to replace!

Loving the blog by the way – I am new to making full on raw meals so this is an incredible inspiration and photos that I could only hope to create 😀

I like the idea of having one of these when I travel. Having a green smoothie for breakfast is one of my most favourite things! But it’s hard when I travel.
The hardest part about keeping raw is a lot of my fav veggies have goitrogenic properties (kale, bok choy, brussels sprouts etc) and if you have thyroid issues like I do, it’s best if you lightly steamed them. Unfortunately, lightly cooked everything is best for people with thyroid issues. I do incorporate a lot of raw food into my diet though =)

The hardest part for me is preparing all my veggies – I need to better pre-pare my veggies ahead of time so they are more convenient for me

My biggest challenge is eating all my beautiful fruits and veggies before they spoil. Either from the garden, store, or Farmer’s Market, I enjoy the variety of colors and flavors so much that I seem to overstock frequently. I’ve started freezing baggies of blender mixes to try to stay on top of it.
