My biggest challenge is that I am a professional long-haul truck driver and it’s very hard to find places to eat healthy, I try to stop in health food stores as much as possible, but with my lifestyle it makes it really hard.

My biggest challenge as a newbie to this type of living is dinnertime, what to serve that is filling and having it in the house.

My biggest challenge is to get more of the greens in me, I tend to just eat nuts and dried fruits or fruits all day!

Biggest challenge for me is having a hubby to “cook” for ! Old habits die hard, and I wish I could just grab what I want when I want it sometimes. I probably put more pressure on myself that he ever could !! He always likea what I cook or don’t, and we do enjoy a very healthy Vegan lifestyle, much of mine being raw !

My biggest challenge with raw food is just my general discipline. I may start off pretty well, but then I always get pulled back into eating the foods that I miss – bread, meat, etc. I know that raw is the way to go and I am working on my discipline.

My biggest challenge would be clean up! I love making raw meals, but often feel the clean up is a lot and can be discouraging when in a hurry with life. Preparing more raw/vegan meals ahead of time would be good for me. I am new to it, but each meal planning is fun and and well challenging.

My greatest challenge has always been texture. I’m 61 years old. Through my whole life, I have struggled to eat certain foods because of their “mouth feel.” This is particularly true with grainy products, such as smoothies which do not get quite smooth enough! It’s an ongoing battle to force myself to accept certain textures which I do not enjoy and sometimes find repulsive.

The biggest challenge I have with raw food is shopping for fresh, clean, local and/or organic food and staying on a budget at the same time.
