@ Ricki; to enlarge the pictures/print on your screen, on a PC, simply hit “Ctrl”, and while holding it down, then hit the “+” key. You can do this a number of times to get to the size you need (within reason. Google maps doesn’t like it when you hit it too many times and will tell you so in a message on the screen). You can reverse the enlargement by hitting “Ctrl” again, holding it down, then hit “-” (the minus key) as many times as you need. Easy Peasy!! 😉

Your desserts are exquisite. Will you be doing an update to offer recipes without the undesirable ingredients of agave, brown rice syrup, and other processed sweeteners? If so, I would buy your book in a heartbeat.

I do not use brown rice syrup or other processed sweeteners. I also have a very trusted source of raw, organic agave. You can so some searches on the site for agave to see what my research has turned up. You certainly can replace the agave with what ever sweetener you wish.

    Hi, Ricki

Did you know that you can magnify your screen? On a mac just hit command +, on a pc I believe there is a similar command. Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
