I was wondering if it’s at all possible to replace the sprouted wheat berries with something else? I’m desperate to try these recipes but have a gluten intolerance… maybe sprouted buckwheat? or something? Thank-you, Sam.
P.S. I LOVE your site, it’s my new favourite!

Yes…you can use different grains. Rye and buckwheat are often used. 🙂

Although I run a small cookie business out of my home, I am beginning the raw lifestyle and have really enjoyed your site! It is so informative with loads of great ideas to curb my cravings and help keep me on track. I am on day 53 of mostly raw and have lost 22lbs! I have about 100 more to lose but that’s not my main goal. I want to nourish my body and I think raw is the way to do that! Thanks for a great site! I have been passing it on to my friends as well! I recently figured out that you are in MN! I am too!
