You have been asking for it and it is finally here! Rawmazing Transitional Recipes for Introducing Raw Food! I have to admit, I think I had more fun working on this cookbook than any other. I used wonderful ingredients like quinoa, millet and forbidden rice to create recipes that have a huge nutritional blast! I love these meals. I never feel good after if I eat a fully cooked meal, but with the addition of the raw food in every recipe, you feel full, satisfied and full of energy.

Delicious, easy to make and SUPER nutritious, all of the recipes have a “raw element” in them. I also used main ingredients in more than one recipe so there is no waste. There is a delicious orange cashew cream that starts out on top of a granola, and doubles as part of a crust for a delicious fruit parfait. You will find breakfast, soup, salad, main course and dessert recipes! The caramel macadamia ganache tort alone is to die for!

The best part is there is no dehydrator needed for any of the recipes! I know you are going to love this book. Over 50 pages of recipes and full color photographs. Easily and instantly downloadable. All for only 16.95!

I just purchased your books, so haven’t had a chance yet to try your recipes, but I had to acknowledge how great the food photography is. It would be nice if the PDFs had bookmarks or live links on the TOC and section pages.

I agree with Apostolova, it would be really nice to see the recipe titles (on all the ebooks). I just found this site and have looked through your online recipes, they look really good. I’m looking forward to trying some out.

Just received the book and have to say you’ve done it again! The recipes are rawmazing and of course the photos are stunning. I am definitely looking forward to trying some of the soups and salads with cooked elements to them. I have tried raw wild rice recipes before and they just didn’t work for me. Going to try the Black Rice and Veggies this week! (And of course, the souffle and tart are in the works too!)

Thank you for all of your hard work and passion. You inspire me.

Oh, I just had to get the book and love it. My husband is not that much into pure raw so any ideas for healthy vegan meals that he will enjoy are a huge bonus. I think quite a few here apply! Thank you Susan, it is fabulous!
