These recipes are awesome. I’m transitioning from being a vegetarian to a vegan, and, to put it mildly, it’s been rough. I miss dairy…a lot. But I’m hanging in there. Hopefully some new dishes will inspire me.

They do last quite a while in the fridge. I have not tried freezing them. I am not sure they would last until Christmas…

Ah! I should rewrite that! All ingredients except the dried cherries…you use those as the filling. Thanks!

These look amazing! When you say mix all ingredients in the blender and then go on to say wrap disk around the dried cherry do you mean these to be extra cherries or do we not mix the cherries into the other 3 ingredients?
