Rawmazing Upcoming Dessert Class
If you are in the Minneapolis area, or have a friend in the Minneapolis area, I am offering a raw food dessert basics class on Saturday, August 21 st from 9am to 11am. More information and registration can be found here: Rawmazing Dessert Class.
This class will be held at the Lakewinds Natural Food Store’s classroom kitchen. It is a great space in Minnetonka, right next to the coop!
I will be covering the basics of making raw desserts. You will learn everything you need to even make your own creations! I will show you my techniques and short-cuts that make your raw food desserts healthy, delicious, beautiful and easy! Register soon as class size is limited.

Congratulations on your beautiful book, Susan! I received my very educational copy in the mail. My sisters are going to be SHOCKED when I serve them the ORANGE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE from your book. And they will not believe it is raw! WOW, You are so right when you say this cheesecake is a show stopper! I LOVE the tips in your book. And, I am inspired even more, now that I have your book, instead of only your beautiful blog.
I’d love to take one of your classes, but work on Saturdays. Those dogs in St Paul have to be groomed, you know!

I would love to attend a class like this but here in New Zealand there are no groups like this jet.
It’s nice to meet others who love real food and sharing Ideas and have pot luck sessions.

Would encourage anyone in the area to attend your class. The classes that I have attended have been so helpful, educating, informative, and worthwhile! AND FUN TOO! Sooo wish I could come:-) Will be out of town. It’s been so long since I’ve been to one of your classes:-( Will your book be available to purchase at the class? If so can you save one for me?
